Beautiful bright straw colour. Elegant white flower and exotic fruit aromas. Very aromatic with grassy and herbal notes. Complex, rich and yet fresh and biting. Well-integrated oak, great length revealing all the complexity of the terroir. Great with oysters, lobsters, seafood platter, fish in sauce, game birds (pintade, pheasant), lamb and veal dishes or cheeses.
