Elegant pale straw colour. Floral with notes of ripe white and citrus fruits. Complex, mineral with flinty notes. Pure, crisp, with a wonderful freshness and a rather long finish that is full of finesse. Great to pair with foie gras, oysters, lobster, langoustines, fish in sauce, capon, turkey or cheeses (Crottin de Chavignol, Valençay).
