Very attractive clear golden colour. Crisp, fresh with lovely citrus fruit and white flower aromas. Well-balanced acidity with a round and persistent finish. Ideal with fish dishes. Perfect with shellfish (oysters), scallop carpaccio, assorted salads, vegetables (Asparagus, artichoke). It will go wonderfully with fish in (creamy) sauce or for the aperitif.
