Beschrijving
Pale gold color with green reflections. The nose is complex, mixing ripe fruit, brioche and white flower (acacia) aromas. The bubbles are fine and persistent. The palate is very pleasant, fresh and non-aggressive with floral aromas of great finesse. Perfect for the aperitif, receptions or for the whole meal. Enjoy it with fish, poultry or white meats in creamy sauce. Will also pair well with shellfish. Try it with desserts such as ice creams, almond pastries or red fruit salads.
