Beschrijving
Deep ruby colour. Pure and floral with notes of sweet plum, fig and liquorice. The palate is soft and well rounded with hints of young red fruits and sweet berries. Velvety tannins combined with a long enjoyable finish. Great with cheese and charcuterie platters. Perfect with roasted or grilled red meats such as a roast beef or a flank steak with shallots. Also enjoy it with a rack of lamb, roast pork, chicken or duck and even a vegetable tagine!
