A pure and mineral wine. Lovely light gold colour. The nose is fresh and fruity with subtle citrus and green apple aromas. Mineral with notes of gunflint related to the nature of the silex soil. This wine combines freshness and roundness with a nice lasting finish. Delicious with fish ( Smoked Salmon, grilled Sea bass, Sole meunière), great with shellfish (oysters in particular, grilled gambas, etc.), also pairs very well with Japanese dishes (sushi, sashimi), artichokes, asparagus, avocado or goat cheese salads, poultry, grilled white meats (Roast pork) or goat cheeses.
