Beschrijving
The grapes come from a small parcel of less than 1 hectar located in the most beautiful flinty soils of Sancerre. Light pale gold colour. This Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, mineral and complex revealing typical aromas of gunflint mixed with notes of white and citrus fruits. Rich and fresh with a long lingering finish. Perfect to pair with langoustines, lobsters, oysters or a seafood platter or shellfish salads. Enjoy it with pan fried fish, grilled fish or fish in sauce. Poultry or veal in sauce. Cheeses. Try it also with seared foie gras!
